Our Team
Stephen F. Havill - Founder
A member of the Planning Institute since 1970, Stephen offers a wealth of experience to clients.
His career includes time at the Milton Keynes Development Corporation (England), Auckland City Council, the Auckland Harbour Board, and numerous private development and construction companies within New Zealand and Australia.
Stephen founded SFH Consultants in 1990 and has a solid track record of obtaining planning approvals for projects throughout New Zealand.
Daniel Shaw - Director
Daniel Shaw joined the practice in 2010.
Daniel has a Master of Resource and Environmental Planning from Massey University, gained in 2015. He has enjoyed a varied and exciting career to-date, involved in a wide range of planning projects including commercial, industrial and community applications. As well as apartments, retail projects, subdivision, rural development, plan changes, and working for submitters.
Before joining the Planning industry, he spent four years at Lamar University in Texas on a full scholarship for Track and Field, gaining a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Fitness Management Degree.
