We prepare and present Expert Planning Evidence before both Council and the Environment Court. We also write submissions in support or opposition of other resource consent applications or plan changes.
Coastal Permits
We help our clients obtain coastal permits, including structures and activities (e.g. ramps, wharves, jetties), marinas, and moorings.
Private Plan Changes
We work closely with clients to seek approval for private plan changes.
